                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JOHN W. COOK AND ELISTER
                   M. COOK, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 76, TRACT
                   031, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION SYSTEM, FOR
                   A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF FOUR THOUSAND TWO
                   HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($4,250.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from John W. Cook and Elister M.
       Cook, relative to Contract No. 76, Tract 031, Daytona Heights
       Collection System, for a total consideration of $4,250.00.
